Varsity vs Lewis Cass Jr-Sr High School (104 - 46) Win. I was able to mix up the lineup a little; trying to see times for different events. The boys had a pretty good night. It was nice to have Kade Nye back from foot surgery. He was only 5 points from his dive score best from last season. I am very proud of the improvement Cooper Moore is showing. He completed his dive list and scored points last night for the first time. Christian Collins swam the 200 Free for the first time. Drake Samuel had a really nice 50 Butterfly split. I have been working with Zach Duke on his sprinting speed, arm pull, kick, and turn. He is steadily improving and had a season best in the 50 Free. Ethan Lee had two great 50 Free splits in the relays. Aiden Ousley switched things up and swam distance last night. He had a best time in the 200 free and cruised in the 500 being the only one in the event. The Golden Goggle Award goes to Joel Loshnowsky. Like Zach, I have been working on Joel's technique a lot. He has improved so much in Breaststroke which he has never really done before this season. He had a best time in the 50 Breast split in Medley Relay and 50 split in 200 Free Relay. We have one more meet next week against Tippy Valley then a lot of practice time over break to improve. The boys are currently 3-1.
