Lady Braves Triumph in Historic 1000th Game

The Lady Braves marked a significant milestone in their IHSAA history by playing their 1000th game at the Berry Bowl in Logansport. Demonstrating dominance early on, they secured a decisive victory with a final score of 55-16. The Lady Braves led each quarter, starting strong in the first with five successful three-point shots. Addie Maiben scored three while Delaney Betzner added two. Ireland Kile contributed six points, helping the team achieve a 21-2 advantage by the end of the first quarter. In the second quarter, five Lady Braves added to the score. Addie Maiben and Kasey Murry each hit a three-pointer, while Delaney Betzner, Aubrey Kaiser, and Ireland Kile also scored. The team entered halftime leading 34-6. The third quarter saw both teams slow down, but the Lady Braves still managed to outscore their opponents 6-5, extending their lead to 40-11. The fourth quarter showcased contributions from five players. Aubrey Kaiser and Aubrey Stoll both scored four points, Gabby Griffis and Delaney Betzner added two points each, and Averie Maiben hit a three-pointer.
