We just struggled to score. We had plenty of chances to win this game. Whitko ended with 54 points but that was because we had to go after them in the full-court. I thought Marcell Sims played great defense. He held their big kid scoreless. He also had 6 steals. Cohen Helmuth came off the bench to score 11 points. I liked his hustle. Everybody that played brought hustle, and defense. Jack Gochenour ended up with 14 points. Also, a highlight for me was Evan Zeiser coming in and hitting a big 3 point shot. He has been playing very well on the jv team. It was great to see his hard work pay off with a clutch three on the varsity. We play a really good Taylor team at home on Tuesday."
