We forced 25 turnovers. It wasn't enough. We fouled too much and got beat pretty bad from the free throw line. We also shot another very low percentage. We have found a style where we can compete with older, more physical teams. We are getting plenty of stops. We held Rochester scoreless during several minutes of this game. The problem was we had stretches where we couldn't score, either. We have had several great defensive efforts this year. Our kids work hard every day in practice to improve on defense. Our team is really looking forward to playing Peru in the sectional this week. Should be another great rival game.
