8th Grade Middle School vs Whitko High School (27 - 30) Loss The Lady Braves finished their season last night vs Whitko losing 27-30. We knew it would be a tough game going in only having 5 players available with Ellie out sick but these extraordinary ladies rose to the challenge and fought till the bitter end. We pressed to get many steals and used our height advantage to rebound well. The lead changed multiple times throughout the night, only being down a couple points max at any given time. It came down to the 4th quarter and unfortunately we came up short. Scoring for the Braves were: Bailei - 11pts Katrina - 10pts Scarlett - 2pts Hayden - 2pts Whitney - 2pts Our 6 ladies played hard this season finishing 13-4 and 5-2 in the conference regular season. We won 2 tournaments along the way and averaged 36 points per game. Well done Lady Braves and great job demonstrating Brave Pride throughout this season.
