Maconaquah Braves Boys Tennis Defeat Rochester 4-1 The Maconaquah Braves boys tennis team continued their strong season with an impressive 4-1 victory over Rochester High School. At No. 1 singles Jude Callane came out strong from the start and never looked back, earning a well-deserved victory. No. 2 singles Zach Duke had to settle in and find his rhythm early, but came back strong in the second set and finished with a solid performance. No. 3 singles Dax Mooney had a great night on the court, putting together a strong performance to earn another win for the Braves. In doubles action, the No. 1 doubles team Parker Snyder and Owen Woolever showed great fight and determination. After falling behind, they battled their way back and completed an impressive comeback victory. No. 2 Doubles Greyson Zehring and CJ Haney also had a good night and competed hard throughout the match, but came up just short in a hard-fought battle. Overall, it was another great team effort from the Braves. The 4-1 victory over Rochester showed the team's ability to battle through adversity and find their rhythm. Great job, Braves, on another strong team victory!
