7th VB 7th Grade vs Logansport Junior High School (Lincoln) Loss Tonight, our 7th Grade Lady Braves hosted Logansport Junior High for our first match of the season. While we didn’t come away with the win, I couldn’t be more proud of the improvement this team has made since their 6th grade year. Final Score: Set 1: Logansport 25 — Maconaquah 23 Set 2: Logansport 25 — Maconaquah 11 Our first-game jitters definitely got the best of us at times, especially as we navigate implementing a 6:2 rotation into our game-play, but I saw a lot of the growth, effort, and potential this group has been working toward. That first set especially showed what these girls are capable of when they settle in and play their game. Confidence is something that comes with experience, and I have no doubt we’ll see more of that confidence as the season progresses. We have a lot to learn, but we also have a lot to be proud of. This is only the beginning!
