Maconaquah Schools

The Lady Braves played four matches Saturday at the Kokomo Invitational going 1-3 on the day, dropping two close three set matches. The Braves fell in a tight match with the host Kokomo 25-11, 19-25, 16-14 to start the day. Next the ladies rebounded for a win over Muncie Central 25-11, 25-16. The afternoon saw us drop a match to DeKalb 25-16, 25-20. Our final match was a barn burner with the Pike Red Devils coming out on top 18-25, 25-18, 18-16. We didn't play our best volleyball but competed hard and faced some solid competition.The Braves are now 3-3 on the season.
