The 8th grade Lady Braves showed much improvement but fell short against Eastern. In the first set, the Braves took the loss in a close match 22-25. Leading the Braves was Zariah Hayden with 5 services points, Ava Shively and Addie Korba both with 3 service points, Brinley Meyer with 2 points, and Eliot Fuller with one. In the second set, the Braves loss 20-25. Leading the Braves was Kaidence Michael with 3 service points, Hayden and Ryleigh Marburger both with 2, and Shively and Marlee Sears with one each. Jessa Fye, Savanna Manriquez, and Lilly Fisher all contributed defensively tonight. The Braves host Southwood tomorrow 9/4.
