Maconaquah Schools

The Braves traveled to New Prairie to run in The Invite on Saturday. The girls had a good showing on a difficult course with a 6th place finish. Zoie Laber (9th - 20:49.3), Chloe Jordan (16th - 21:20.1), Lucy Loshnowsky (23rd - 21:48.5), and Samantha Jones (37th - 22:16.6) earned awards for the Braves. Kaytlin Moeller (63rd - 23:21.5) rounded out the scoring. Shay Schoettmer (130th - 25:34.5), Ily Berry (149th - 26:33.8), and Cloe Gibbs (160th - 27:44.7) all had their first crack at the famed New Prairie course. A short handed boys squad finished in 21st place. The Braves scorers were led by Daylen Schrock (7th - 17:10.6), Jeffrey Wilson (128th - 20:18.9), Christian Collins (143rd - 20:44.3), Aidyn Farnell (152nd - 20:55.6), and Brantley Evans (179th - 21:47.1). JT Dobbs (214th - 23:38.3), Luke Abbott (232nd - 26:12.7), Nathaniel Pennington (240th - 27:08.4), and Hunter Jenkins (27:09.2) rounded out the boys team. Braves run on Tuesday at the Miami County Meet then again Saturday at the Culver Invitational.
