Tonight the 7th Grade Lady Braves defeated Lewis Cass in 2 sets. The first set came down to the last point with the girls getting the win 25-24. The second set the girls kept up the momentum to finish with a score of 25-14. Tonight Abigael Pearce led the Lady Braves with 4 aces, Hayden Soldi had 2, and Bristol Yoder had 1. The girls have continued to improve through the season, especially working on using all 3 hits. Ellie Hostetler, Bailei Boggs, Katrina Cardwell, and Evelyn Fred all contributed to the win tonight with timely digs and hits as well. The win tonight puts the Lady Braves regular season record at 5-10. The girls are in action again Thursday October 10th at home for their first game of the RRC Tourney facing either Rochester or Manchester at 5:30 p.m.
