Maconaquah Schools

The 8th grade Braves continued their undefeated season, capturing a Thursday night victory against Caston Jr High School (55-17). It's been a busy week for the Braves with back to back to back game nights, but they were able to muster enough energy, supplemented with a lot of great minutes off the bench, to grab another win. Once again, unselfish teamwork and tenacious defense were keys to the Braves' success. Scoring for the Braves: Levi Merritt (13 points), Brayden Stamper (11 points), Tre Rader (10 points), Jaxon Cole (10 points), Colt Myers (4 points), Caleb Barnett (3 points), Evan Zeiser (2 points), and Diego Midence (2 points). The Braves return to action at Logansport on Monday.
