The 7th grade Braves dropped a Wednesday night game to Logansport. After the Braves fought through mistakes to keep the score within 3 points at half, the Berries were able to capitalize on those mistakes in the second half to secure the win. The 7th grade slides to 4-5 on the season. Scoring for the 7th grade Braves: Martin Chaires (14 points), Wyatt Nichols (6 points), Lane Miller (5 points), Blaine Morgan (2 points), and Braxton Allen (1 point). The 8th grade boys suffered their first lost of season, battling a talented and physical Logansport team. The Braves were outmatched for much of the game, but will use the loss as a learning experience to improve for future games. Scoring for the 8th grade Braves: Jaxon Cole (11 points), Brayden Stamper (7 points), and Evan Zeiser/Levi Merritt/Bentley Miller/Abel Robison/Kaysin Workman each with 2 points apiece. The 7/8 Braves return to action quickly, hosting Rochester on Thursday night.
