It was the end of the break and a game we needed to continue to compete in the season-long TRC race. I liked our holding Whitko to 50 points. We have worked hard on our defense. Josiah Ball had a big night with 37 points. I liked his 14-16 from the free throw line. AJ Kelly had 17 points and 4 steals. I really liked AJ's play on defense. He can guard any player on the other team. Landon Adams had 4 steals and really guarded well against Whitko. Devon Murry scored 8 points and really has developed some nice moves to the basket. He had 5 big rebounds. Fuddy Kile had 9 rebounds and is really improving on defense. He also had 4 assists and 2 blocks. Caiden Richards came off the bench to give us a big lift. He had 4 points and 3 steals. We have now won 18 straight games at home. The last time we lost at home was during the 2022-23 season. It is a neat streak that connects three different seasons. It is also a credit to our fans to have a streak that long. We are all part of this streak. We have a tough week coming up. Taylor is Wednesday and they are 9-0. We are there and we know this will be a big challenge for us. Tipton is on Friday, at home. They are tough, again. We will have to play very well to win these games.
