The Lady Braves were narrowly defeated by Whitko 3-2 in a tough match. Kiera Rosenow earned a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles, while the No. 1 doubles team of Carola Sebastianelli and Josie Callane dominated their match, winning 6-0, 6-0. However, the team struggled in the other singles and doubles matchups. Molly Berryman fell 4-6, 3-6 at No. 2 singles, and Finley Dobbs lost in a three-set match 7-6(6), 1-6, 3-6 at No. 3 singles. In No. 2 doubles, Lacie Williams and Sophia Kenworthy fought for a win in two sets, but were edged out in a 6-4, 6(5)-7, 3-6 defeat. Maconaquah will look to bounce back in their next match as they host Hamilton Heights.
