Maconaquah Schools

Bunker Hill, IN – April 23, 2025 – The Maconaquah Women's Track and Field team triumphed over Southwood in a home meet held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. The Lady Braves demonstrated their strength and depth across various events, ultimately achieving a final score of 72 to Southwood's 57.   The Lady Braves showcased their talent in both track and field events. Lena Beachy secured a win in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.20. Zoie Laber won the 400 Meters and the Maconaquah A relay team won both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. In field events, Isabella Farnham took first place in the long jump with a distance of 15' 5". Desriana Elliott won the shot put.   Other notable performances contributing to the Lady Braves' victory included Ani Osornio's win in the 100m hurdles. Personal victories lit up the faces of several athletes as they met personal records in various events throughout the night.
