Maconaquah Cross Country Teams Compete at Manchester Squires Meet

NORTH MANCHESTER, IN – The Maconaquah High School cross country teams competed at the Manchester Squires course on Saturday, with several athletes achieving impressive individual performances. The Lady Braves finished 12th overall as a team, while the men's team placed 16th. On the men's side, Abel Robison led the Braves with a strong finish, setting a new personal best time of 18:12.30. Other notable finishers for the men included Joel Loshnowsky at 18:36.90, Christian Collins with 18:45.00, Brantley Evans at 22:21.50, Jacob Bowman at 22:36.40, and Hunter Jenkins with a time of 25:52.90. The Lady Braves were led by Chloe Jordan, who finished with a time of 20:19.90. She was followed by teammates Zoie Laber at 21:30.30, Macie McManus at 22:56.60, June Schrock at 24:18.10, Ily Berry at 26:59.90, and Eleanor Higgins at 28:47.50. The teams continue to show significant progress as they head into the next phase of their season. They will be hosting their home meet on Saturday, September 13.
